The deputy president William Samoei Ruto had once again hit at his opponents regarding the 2022 polls, while speaking during a meeting at Narok county, the DP Ruto added that the 2022 will bring about leaders who are intrested in elective post and those who want to change the Kenyan economy. Ruto claimed that Raila and Uhuru are to be blamed for their agenda of laptops and stadiums as he promised to deliver the promises after he clinch the presidential seat.
During the meeting, Ruto met with grassroots leaders from Transmara, Narok County. Leaders present were MPs Johana Ng’eno, Gabriel Tongoyo, Soipan Tuya, David Ole Sankok, Korei Lemein, Lemanken Aramat, Narok Deputy Governor Evalyn Aruasa and former Narok Senator Patrick Ntutu.
Others were Katoo Ole Metito, Irungu Kang'ata, Rigathi Gachagua, Susan Kihika and Njuguna Wanjiku.
During the meeting, the deputy president bursted at former prime minister Raila Amollo Odinga over their interest in leadership positions rather than working for the people of Kenya. In addition to that, the DP Ruto claimed that he will stop corruption, provide laptops and also build new stadiums to improve the state of the economy.
