Raila Responds to Claims That His Supporters Will Destroy Properties During Wednesday Demos

Azimio La Umoja Leader, Raila Odinga has finally responded to allegations that his Wednesday consultations with Kenyans at Kamukunji grounds, Nairobi will turn chaotic. His critics including the Kenya Kwanza Coalition Government have claimed that Raila is planning to cause chaos in the City which would disrupt business activities.

Deputy President, Rigathi Gachagua while speaking in a Church service in Embu County warned Raila Odinga not to expect any form if Handshake from President William Ruto's Government. DP Gachagua reinstated that the ODM Party Leader is planning to use the Wednesday demonstrations as a way of blackmailing Pres. William Ruto.

Raila Odinga has now responded to those claims by stating that Azimio and its supporters won't engage in any act of hooliganism or thuggery. He has further reinstated that no single property is going to be destroyed as he warns the Government against bringing thugs to the his rally.

President Ruto while speaking to congregants urged Raila to notify Interior CS, Prof. Kithure Kindiki in advance of his rally so that police officers can be deployed to provide security. Raila Odinga previous political rallies meant to criticize the sitting Government have always ended in chaos and Kenyans are waiting to see if this one will be different.
