The morning discussion was about state of the nation, IEBC registration and various statements issued by politicians touching on a number of aspects, Oburu taking the lead role in certain political utterances.
The Odinga family head said the following.
"I now know what we were missing, it was derailing us, we now have it, the system, we didn't have in the past, but now we own Uhuru on our side."
Governance expert professor Alfred Omenya has offered a bit of advice this Wednesday morning. He said the following.
"There is need to be on the lookout or watching Honourable Oburu Odinga kind of utterances he makes in the public. It can damage the reputation of his brother, Raila. It can cost him heavily. Spewing such, only makes the public aware, that there is a scheme to rig elections."
We can see the trend and trail of politicians lately. Their behaviour always speaks volumes. Therefore, one needs to choose carefully the direction and way that won't lead us into another chaotic nation as witnessed in 2007.
Kenya has been making significant strides interms of political cohesiveness, peace or tranquility and much more stability due to mutual understanding of the core issues that always pulls us behind, hence no one advocates for 'unfortunate words' that can only spark 'worries' which inturn leads to unnecessary violence.
Prudent politicians should always be considerate of Kenyans, they should also inform/advice their other political supporters against making 'nuisance and liver-cutting words', that will not only ruin their candidature, but also have devastating effects across international community, observers to be specific.
