
President William was yesterday dragged into the petition seeking removal of the IEBC vice Chairperson Juliana Cherera and the other three Commissioners on the day their lawyer threatened to move to court to stop members of Parliament from hearing the cases.
A tweet by president William Ruto referring to the four as rogue because the subject of debate during yesterday's hearing of their removal from office in a session that was skipped by Azimio La Umoja one Kenya lawmakers who were meant to sit in the Committee.

Hon. Apollo Mboya claimed that president William Ruto had already prejudged the four IEBC commissioners yet he has a role to play in the matter as he will be expecting to form a tribunal should the the Justice Committee and house recommend the formation of one.

The move by president William Ruto to remove the IEBC vice Chairperson Juliana Cherera and the other three Commissioners have not gone well with Raila Odinga and his allies in the National Assembly.
