The high court through one of the judges whose appointment was revoked by President Kenyatta has today made a ruling that would see him rub shoulders with the head of state once against. The ruling which was delivered on Thursday evening adding up to the many series of rulings that have been made against the president in the past few months.
In his verdict, he says that the involvement of the current head of Nairobi County in the cabinet is unconstitutional and therefore should not be upheld. He says that Badi is not a member of the government and cabinet and therefore should not be allowed to attend nor make any decision touching on government.
This latest development coming as a huge blow to the head of state who has continuously been rubbing shoulder with the Martha Koome led institution. This now means that General Badi will cease attending cabinet meetings.
