Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga has received a warm reception from supporters during his first public rally since losing the election.
On Thursday, December 7, the politician’s motorcade made its way through Haille Selassie highway to Kamunkunji Grounds for the rally.
As they approached the venue, bigger crowds swarmed the motorcade made of former Kakakemga governor Wycliffe Oparanya,Eugene Wamalwa and Nairobi senator Edwin Sifuna.
By the time Raila reached Gikombaa, his security detail was having difficulty keeping his supporters away from the black Toyota Land Cruiser carrying him.
Other Kenyans carried on with their business,as usual,lining the roads a peek at the veteran politician perched on the SUV’s sunroof.
