"They Want Development And Not Stories" Top Leader Breathes Fire To Azimio Leader

Deputy President William Ruto came in Machakos town with Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua for Kenya Kwanza campaigning just hours after his economic roundtable discussion in Embu town.

Ruto was greeted enthusiastically in Machakos by Moses Kuria, Speaker Justin Muturi, and a slew of other Kenya Kwanza officials.

Governor Mutua claimed during his presidential campaign that Ruto is committed to work for the people of the Eastern region by implementing several development programs. He went on to say that he and the others had signed non-public contracts, which justified their departure from Azimio.According to Mutua, Raila allegedly deceived them into signing blank documents, claiming it intended to fool Kalonzo into becoming Azimio after promising him a running mate job.

"Kalonzo Musyoka is reportedly being pursued to return to Azimio. On Thursday evening, they dispatched Gideon Moi to his home in an attempt to urge him to return. Kalonzo will journey alone, without Kambas, if he decides to return." Governor Mutua had been given notice.

Similarly, Ruto's camp blasted Raila and Azimio, accusing them of demeaning Kalonzo and subjecting him to invasive interviews despite his exclusion from the running mate position.
