Big boost to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as details emerge what President Uhuru leading his Jubilee Party, his cabinet together with the One Kenya Alliance leaders are planning on Friday as the ODM leader marks final his Azimio la Umoja campaigns at Kasarani Stadium.
ODM Junet Mohammed has informed that already the preparation for the much anticipated Azimio la Umoja mega rally slated on Friday 10th is still underway disclosing that they have already sent out invites to various parties.
According to Hon Junet, he has informed that among names of those who have received the invites are those in the Jubilee Party led by their Party Leader President Uhuru Kenyatta, several Cabinet Secretaries who have been close to the ODM leader, PNU party led by Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya and the One Kenya Alliance co-Principals.
Confirming the invite, Amani National Congress Deputy Party Leader Ayub Savula has said that he will be attending the event however not commenting about thell plans of his boss.
On matters whether President Uhuru will show in the event, the Suna East MP has said that "We have invited everyone, but I am not sure whether he (President Kenyatta) will attend but I can tell you our invitations went far and wide and to people of every color, religion, and party. Whether some people will come or not, that we will see on an actual day."
