Presidential Aspirant under the ODM ticket, businessman Jimmy Wanjigi is a troubled man after several officers raided his home overnight on what has not yet been revealed. According to some sources privy to his arrest, it has emerged that Wanjigi's woes are as a result of his move to challenge the ODM chief for the party's ticket in the forthcoming elections.
As reported by Tuko.co.ke and citizen TV, armed policemen said to be from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) raided businessman Jimmy Wanjigi's offices in Westlands, Nairobi at around 9:30pm

Also raising the question on his arrest, DP Ruto's communication strategist Dennis Itumbi has also revealed that there is a contingent of police officers drawn from the infamous Flying Squad currently at the office of Wanjigi on whose motive is yet to be revealed.
