99.02% of Forms 34A updated in IEBC portal as at 18:43

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is currently monitoring elections across the Republic of Kenya. Today marks the second day of vote counting across the 46,229 polling stations.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Mr Wafula Chebukati allowed the public to access to their portal for transparency. Mojority of Kenyans are able to to access the portal via this link.

With that permission, mojority of TV media stations are now livestreaming various results from polling stations. However, the displayed votes are just but provisional results. The final results (Presidental results) will be officially announced by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission within seven days as per the Kenyan Constitution.

As at 1843 hours , Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) portal recorded 45,775 out of 46,229 which is equivalent to 99.02%. The displayed percentage is out of the 46,299 polling stations across the country. After Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has received all the Form 34A, they will start displaying Form 34B across the 290 constituencies.
