Mt Kenya 'Martyrs' Who Are Willing to Sacrifice Their Political Lives For Ruto's Sake

Men and women of great devotion and selflessness have lived before us, their acts and willingness to manly stand by their principles has seen them crowned martyrs. St Stephen and St Batholomew are some of the renown martyrs.

In Kenya's political space, William Ruto is an haunted man. His overly political ambitions has rattled his nemeses who have since joined arms to dispirit him and that he is agitating for.

Worth a note, Ruto's course has attracted much support from Kenyans and other political leaders who are ever ready to 'ransom' their political lives for William's sake.

Despite of pressure, humiliations and witch hunt, a number of Mt Kenya Members of Parliament have decided to swim against the region's tides a thing which is rare a spectacle.

Of those who are willing to place their heads on a chopping board is Gathundu MP Moses Kuria. The vocal and controversial lawmaker is a great critic of the head of state who happens to be his king. Kuria has never hesitated to poke holes on Uhuru's administration wherever he feels the former is steering his ship to a wrong direction.

Naturally, the young are bound to respect their seniors irrespective their differences but this is unknown a maxim to Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro who is at loggerheads with the region's king. Whoever dares the king often gets his head cut off but this Ndindi seems unperturbed of.

Also on the list of fearless and daring 'martyr s' who are ready to ransom their political lives in favour of William is Kandara MP Alice Wahome, Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichungwa'h among others who identify themselves as team Tanga Tanga.
