
The journey to the State house is still unpredictable. Political momentum has taken another shape. Raila and Ruto are still the most famous candidates in the presidential race.
It is now well known that the running mate for Ruto is Rigathi Gachagua while that of Raila is Martha Karua. The nomination of Martha Karua to be Raila's deputy for the presidential race might bring alot of positive impact to Raila in his presidential bid. This has been shown in some of the latest opinion polls as most women are supporting Raila's presidential bid because of the gender disparity in Raila-Martha duo.
According to the latest opinion polls that was conducted by statisticians and published in today's daily nation shows clearly that the number of women who are supporting Raila due to Karua has outweigh the number of women who are supporting Ruto due to Rigathi.

According to this result, 35% of women are currently support Raila's presidential bid due to Martha Karua while 33% of the women are supporting Ruto's presidential bid due to Rigathi Gachagua.
