Slowly by slowly, Raila Odinga has been climbing the Mountain. He has been using his good relationship with President Uhuru Kenyatta to enter Mt. Kenya region and get support from the people and for a period of time now, many leaders like Nderitu Muriithi, Peter Kenneth, Kanini Kega, Maina Kamanda, Kiraitu Murungi, Peter Munya and others have been supporting Baba fully.
Although it is said that Raila Odinga will be on the ballot, it is not known who will be his running mate. Many people have been making their different anticipations with many of them alleging that Martha Karua may end up deputizing the former Prime Minister but today, all those dreams have been buried alive.
That is because as we are currently speaking, there is bad news to Raila Odinga's camp after a painful statement was delivered ahead of 2022 by Martha Karua. According to reports, the Narc Kenya party leader stated publicly that she won't deputize Baba in the 2022 poll.
