Speaking at a funeral of the former Member of County Assembly of South East Alego in Alego Usonga constituency on Saturday, senator Orengo assured that BBI will see the light of the day telling Kenyans to prepare for a referendum.
The senior counsel said that the handshake between President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya Hon Raila Odinga cannot be shaken before it leaves a legacy in the country.
Orengo also asked Religious leaders to work together with the community in educating them on how to elect leaders who have a great wisdom of leadership and not those who will steal the people's money.
