The Judiciary will be in watch as the BBI Hearing is expected to take course. All burden of saving president Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon Raila Odinga efforts since 2018 lies in one and only Siaya Senator James Orengo. According to various experts the court might overturn some of thr decisions made by the 5 bench judges who stopped the BBI reggae. There are also few chances that the BBI report will stand. CJ Martha Koome although Delivered bad news on the Judiciary, according to NTV Kenya news, "A Short-Handed Arm: Chief Justice Martha Koome expresses concern over the backlog of cases in court, blames it largely on the lack of capacity in Judiciary. Judiciary currently operates at 50% efficiency with only 400 magistrates and 1,300 prosecutors."
