Dramatic Scene was witnessed from a little known Mavokho village, Kakamega county in the former Western province when a man aged thirty two years identified as James Wafula Otieno stripped naked infront of Kids and women to cerebrate the victory of the deputy president of the republic of Kenya honourable William Samoei Arap Ruto for being declared by IEBC as president elect.
Defending his decision, the outspoken Wafula disclosed that his love to Ruto is so high and is expecting the life of ordinary Kenyans to change for the best.
According to Shirleen Nafula, a local or rather resident, the gentleman, a bodaboda rider operating in Kakamega town was a diehard for Ruto and had filled Ruto's stickers in motorcycle. "He was all over the village mobilizing voter during election day." She said.
