It is very sad that we announce the death of Francis Munyua Waititu Juja member of parliament in kiambu county, we pass our condolence to the family and relatives. He has been confirmed dead at Shah Hospital, where he was undergoing treatment. Francis has been confirmed suffering from brain cancer, he lost his sister from liver cancer and the mother was also diagnosed from brain cancer but later the doctor declared her free after treatment.
Francis Waititu famously known as "wakapee" wa elected in 2013 as the MP for Juja through the Jubilee party, again in 2017 he was elected back again as Juja MP for the second time. His political friends have discribed Francis Waititu as a hardworking person and empowering. It will be a great sorrow to his team mates and the family who depended on him.
Francis came from a humble background of Mwana Mukia in Githurai, he rose to be supervisor in Kenya canner Delmonte in Thika later to Juja MP twice. He is know of his legislative activities at the committee level in kiambu county, back in 2017 Francis was number nine in the whole country in managing constituency fund for development.
