All eyes will be on the Supreme Court where they will declare the fate of president-elect William Ruto if he was elected using the right procedure by the IEBC. However, during the Court proceeding, Constitutional lawyer Julie Soweto alleges that some of the form 34A that were applauded in the IEBC portal are totally different than those that were brought to the tallying center. He alleges that the sample forms were from Bomet County, Kakamega County, and Kiambu County.
"... forms 34A uploaded on the IEBC portal and those brought to the tallying centre are different. The sample forms were from Bomet, Kiambu, and Kakamega counties," Celestial Anyango said.
Senior counsel Orego requested the Court to nullify the presidential elections if they find out that IEBC did not conduct free and fair elections. This is will be big for Deputy President Ruto and he will have to prove that he won fairly.
