As the 2022 polls inch closer, high political temperatures are being witnessed from all corners of the country.
Moreover, numerous defections are being witnessed especially between DP Ruto's UDA party and Raila Odinga's ODM with the recent defection being witnessed in Kajiado from UDA to ODM.
Even as the country expects much more political changes between now and March 2022, Kirinyaga Women Representative Wangui Ngirici has attracted immense attention over her next move to oust her competitor Anne Waiguru in the stiff gubernatorial race.
According to analysts, Waiguru's defection to UDA to some extent disoriented Wangui Ngirici as Ngirici considered it a walk in the park should she compete Waiguru if she (Waiguru) is flagged by Jubilee party.
At some point, Ngirici lamented how she has spent resources in UDA just for Waiguru to come in later on. A deleted photo of Ngirici with Nairobi Governor Anne Kananu on social media left a section of Kenyans talking since the duo had rocked red Jubilee attire. Kenyans kept asking themselves if she was thinking of defecting.
Today, Ngirici has rocked red attire with Kipchumba Murkomen and Senator Aaron Cheruiyot. Reactions were, " hapo Sasa mhesh". A likely indication she is strong in UDA. Ngirici captioned buenas tardes meaning good afternoon.
