The poll which has been released today has shown that Mt. Kenya governors Muthomi Njuki of Tharaka Nithi county and his Kirinyaga counterpart Ann Waiguru shining in the results which have been released few moments ago. Their counterpart and the youngest in the council of governors Hon. Stephen Sang of Nandi county has emerged third.
"Tharaka Nithi's Muthomi Njuki named best performing governor in the country, followed by Kirinyaga's Anne Waiguru; Nandi's Stephen Sang' ranked position three in a poll conducted by Mizani Africa." Nation Media.
He he most important thing to note is that all the three governors are first timers in office. Governor Ann Mumbi Waiganjo has set a good precedence as a first time lady governor which many ladies who may want to follow her as an example can easily follow through.
All these these governors are also representing the young generational leadership since all of them may be below 50 years of age. Those two regions are very famous in terms of political pacts and affiliations. They have sent a good impression even to the presidency where the three comes from the president and the deputy president's backyards.
