Dr. Miguna Miguna has openly disclosed to Kenyans that he is ready to come back to Kenya following the announcement of new President elect - Hon. Dr. William Samoei Ruto. Dr. Miguna Miguna had openly shown support to the new president elect over his campaign period upto date and has sided with him despite Miguna's absence in the country.
The exiled Kenyan has been a proponent of the new president elect Hon. Dr. William Samoei Ruto through his social media pages including Facebook and Twitter. In his latest messages to Kenyans, Dr. Miguna Miguna had this to say to his many social media followers;-
"To all patriots: Relax. Thanks for the solidarity. Yes, I've packed my bags and I'm ready. But before I can take my flight back home, William Samoei Ruto must first be sworn in as President, the red alerts lifted and my Kenyan passport renewed. See you soon. Cheers!"
In his other message to his followers on social media, Dr. Miguna Miguna lauded the IEBC Chairman for his courage for announcing the President elect despite intimidations. He went ahead to say what Mr Wafula Chebukati did was what was required of him by law.
According to Dr. Miguna Miguna on Twitter, he said "Mr @WChebukati did his job for which Kenyan tax-payers pay him handsomely. There is absolutely nothing else the law permitted him to do. If Kenya was a genuinely democratic country governed by the rule of law, he should not be thanked for doing what he is required and paid to do."

As Kenyans prepare the new president Hon. Dr. William Samoei Ruto elect to take over power, peace and jubilations have been observed in most corners of the country. However, most Kenyans are keen on the issue of high cost of living regarding foodstuff, agricultural and petroleum products.
