As 2022 general elections are getting near, most politicians are now planning to sell their agendas to the people. Today, deputy president William Ruto has criticized his opponent's for failing to plan themselves.
According to the deputy president William Ruto, leaders should put up their game to the PEOPLE-CENTRED & BOTTOM UP model that DELIBERATELY focuses on labour intensive infrastructure and manufacture investments which will help Kenyans.
"A billionaires Hustler, who doubles up as Dp of Kenya says BOTTOM UP is focused on DELIBERATELY creating Jobs, LIBERATING hustler enterprises from shylock-credit exploitation and unfair regulation and EMPOWERING our resource-poor farmers/herders to produce so as to FREE them from the slavery/indignity of relief food aid", tweeted DP William Ruto.
According to the DP William Ruto, bottom up approach is the best solution of helping and growing the economy of Kenya since the four agenda's of president Uhuru Kenyatta has failed.
