Deputy president William Ruto has exposed his feeling over leaders who violate the constitution of Kenya through doing or going against the rules and regulations as per the constitution. Some leaders have been seriously engaging in politics despite them being Cabinet Secretaries holding big offices.
According to the source, deputy president William Ruto who spoke via the Nation Africa said that he is not interested seeing Cabinet Secretaries running up and down in political campaigns every day forgetting their responsibilities.
Deputy president William Ruto said that he is going to take an action against Cabinet Secretaries including Fred Matiang'i and Joe Mucheru who violate the constitution of Kenya by intentionally dwelling in politics rather than focusing on their duties as states by the new constitution of Kenya.
Deputy president William Ruto has ordered to file a case in the court for the urgent removal of the two leaders prior to the constitution mandate. Ruto said that Matiang'i and Mucheru have violated the leadership and integrity act by engaging in politics.
"United Democratic Party leaders have vowed to file a lawsuit against Cabinet Secretaries Fred Matiang’i and Joe Mucheru for allegedly violating the leadership and integrity Act by taking sides in political campaigns," tweeted Nation Africa.
