The constitutional lawyer Donald B Kipkorir is facing wraths of Kenyans online after what he said about Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua's new role.
Speaking via his official twitter handle, Kipkorir opined that president William Ruto has assigned his deputy a role of cleaning Nairobi River and coffee sector reforms.
His remarks comes off just few hours after Ruto assigned prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi, DP Gachagua and attorney general Muturi new assignments that are purported to smoothen the floor of work between national government, counties and parliament.
" In his 80 page Executive Order No. 1 of 2023, President William Ruto allocates executive roles to all his Cabinet Ministers including Mudavadi. As for Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua aka Riggy G, the only executive roles given is cleaning Nairobi River & coffee sector reforms!", he wrote.
His statement however raised mixed reactions from Kenyans online who seem to be against his stance on Gachagua.
" And yes, even if he is told to clean all toilets in this country, he'll dp it with great dignity and respect", one wrote.
" Poor propagandist", another reacted.
" Uko na uchokozi ndugu", Evans wrote.
" Wakili bure kabisa", indakwa wrote.
Basing on their comments, it is apparently evident that kenyans are not inline with what Donald B Kipkorir has said on DP Gachagua.
It should be noted that Gachagua has been assigned the role of linking the national government and counties while prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi, the role of linking parliament and executive.
