The country is in a state of uncertainty with 32 days till the August elections after Raila's Azimio reported that there were plots to rig the vote.
Raila and his group claimed that there were intentions to smuggle marked ballot papers into polling places yesterday during a series of rallies in Kiambu
Additionally, Raila's team claimed that there were plans to build more than 10,000 polling places that would be utilized to rig the August elections.
Speaking to a gathering of KEPSA stakeholders today, Chebukati confirmed that this will not occur since ballots will be distributed to polling places based on the number of registered voters in each one.
According to Chebukati, a polling place will only be given 600 ballots if there are, for example, 600 registered voters. Wafula has also insisted that no polling place will ever receive an additional voting paper.
