According to the source, the four were killed today in the afternoon at a place called Tot in Marakwet East.
Many government leaders have condemned the hineous act and the latest to do so is the current Senator of Elgeyo Marakwet Hon. Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen.
Murkomen has pointed fingers to the State House of Kenya led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and the interior and coordination cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i for the sad news that have been witnessed today.
According to Murkomen, Matiang'i and aState House Kenya ordered the removal of the National Police Reservists (NPR) in Elgeyo Marakwet and left them in the hands of the bandits.
In conclusion, the government lawmamker has expressed his remarks through his twitter account where he twitted condemning the bandit attacks witnessed today.
