Cabinet secretary Alfred Mutua today received president Evariste Ndayishimiye the president of Burundi and the current chairman of East Africa Community at Jomo Kenyatta Airport in the afternoon.







He is the country to launch the third inter-congolese dialogue that begins in Nairobi tomorrow in the afternoon.He will be joined by other leaders including former president Uhuru Kenyatta who was appointed to represent Kenya in this peace talks.
The EAC- Led Nairobi process on restoration of peace and security will run upto 3rd December.The meeting aims at supporting and accelerating the ongoing regional efforts to attain sustainable peace and security in Eastern Africa.This comes few weeks after Kenya through president William Ruto send some of the Kenya defence force army to Congo to help in fighting M23 rebels.
Uhuru Kenyatta is trying as much as he could to restore peace in Congo something that is a threat to all of East African countries
