Wanaina has said"The Salaries and Remuneration Commission has agreed to the proposal that Speakers and MCAs get a car grant. Their car loans will be converted into grants following commitment by Governors that Sh4.5 billion is available for the purpose."Kenyans have reacted towards the SCR decision.According to Kenyans online,the country should focus to the nurse strike.
