The Member Parliament representing residents of Lugari Constituency Ayub Savula who doubles up as DAP-K deputy party leader has sent a warning to Azimio's Raila Odinga accusing him of making one 'big blunder' that may see him loose votes from Western Kenya to DP Ruto.
According to the legislator, Raila publicly endorsed 'ODM only' aspirants when he visited the region last month instead of embracing all Azimio La Umoja coalition aspirants. "How can you choose to endorse your allies in a rally when other aspirants from parties part of Azimio are present in the rally," questioned Savula.
Savula was alluding to an incident where Raila publicly endorsed ODM's Fernandes Barasa in a joint Azimio rally in Kakamega while other aspirants eyeing the same seat on other partie within Azimio watched helplessly.
"If he is not supporting our candidate then we shall not vote for him" - this what Savula says voters began saying after Raila's recent behavior of favoring ODM only aspirants.
