The Former Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga has been keen on taking over the leadership of the country to form the next government after President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Raila has been making moves to get supprt for his presidential bid as political temperatures rise and the countdown to the next general election continues.
In the same spirit of spearheading his presidential bid, Raila has been holding various strategy meetings with different groups.
The Former Premier has today, Tuesday 31st August 2021, held w high profile meeting with a deligation of members of the Somali Business Community.
Speaking after the meeting, the 2022 Presidential hopeful has revealed that he has lostened to the members of Somali Business Community, stating that they raised pertinent issues they would like to get resolved.
He has however promised that they will work towards creating a conducive environment for all business persons across the country.
"I had the opportunity to listen to members of the Somali Business Community this afternoon. They raised pertinent issues they would like to see resolved. We will work towards creating a conducive environment for all business persons," Raila said.
