Popular constitutional lawyer, Murigi Kamande speaking to the Tv47 media today, just a few minutes ago, he has revealed that the Azimio coalition party is raising important issues which of great concern, the only problem is that the lawyers do not have a law to proscribes IEBC vice-chairperson to announce the results.Speaking to the Tv47 media, another lawyer, popularly known as Eliud Ngugi as assured Kenyans that, we should consider that the supreme court has been observing what happens and the fact that the 1,420 may not change the results, they may see it as a lack of integrity.This comes after 4 officials in the IEBC commission excluded themselves from the results announced by Wafula Chebukati citing the malpractice in the exercise, however, the chair,presented the results to the members of public alone, the Azimio leaders led by Raila Odinga, Martha Karua, Kalonzo Musyoka and Junet Mohammed has however, vowed to file a petition against the declared results.
