The governor had been championing the formation of coastal based political party, claiming it is time for the region to be on the discussion table.
Raila while responding to governor Kingi, challenged him by asking him to join the national politics, and not dwell on regional politics.
It was during this, that Raila Odinga revealed that he spent time at different prisons, all over the country, and that he served two years at Kamiti Maximum prisons.
While saying this, he added that political parties with regional affiliations were a thing of the past, and was a colonial way to stop national unity.
Raila Odinga while be spending the whole of this week at the coast, where he will be selling the BBI to the residents, as we head towards referendum.
