Woman Mp for Kirinyaga County Hon Wangui Ngirici has come out to hit at Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti for his alleged involvement in politics. The MP said this through a post on her official Facebook page. 'Independent security agencies are now playing politics because 2022 is around the corner. Another reason why the judiciary Ombudsman and the Independent Policing and Oversight Authority must not be touched by this animal called BBI' added Ngirici.
DCI Kenya today had issued a statement saying that their aim was to assist victims of post election violence to get justice.
This comes at a time when there is allegations from victims who DCI claims to have received complains of fresh threats from. With this, DCI boss as portrayed by his speech seems to have come out more stronger than ever before to face the perpetrators of this vice.
To others, everything unfolding comes as a surprise given the notion that some Kenyans and especially those who were affected in one way on another by the violence in 2008 had moved on and forgiven each other voting in one direction in 2013 and 2017.
