Kirinyanga governor Anne Mumbi Waiguru today send a hilarious message to deputy president William Ruto after all ten Mount Kenya counties passed the building bridges initiative bill 2020 today .

Waiguru openly told William Ruto that he can rent Kikuyus but cannot buy them .Waiguru said this sentiments after the building bridges initiative bill 2020 was passed resoundily in Kirinyanga county .This words were directed to deputy president who is a strong critic of the bill and who is famously known for bribing legislators of the region. She said that today was a clear evidence that Mount Kenya is united and cannot be bought by money .

The governor told the BBI critics that building bridges initiative train is unstoppable in the larger Mount Kenya region .Ten of Mount Kenya county assemblies passed the bill by huge votes .

The governor congratulated members of Kirinyanga county assembly for passing the constitutional amendment bill 2020. He said that they stood counted in this moment of putting people's needs ahead of politics .
