The current current Machakos county senator hon Johnson Muthama is on war with Maendelei Chap Chap party leader and Machakos county governor Hon Alfred Mutua. Muthama is insisting that Mutua must apologize to the people of Machakos county for misguiding them and cheating them.
The two Ukambani political pundits are in the same camp, lead by the second in command Hon William Samoei Arap Ruto, and it seems that two might lead to splitting of Kenya Kwanza votes from the lower eastern.
So far the UDA chairman Johnson Muthama has not attended two of the political rallies addressed by DP Ruto in Machakos county, citing Mutua as the cause.
Muthama enunciated that Mutua can campaign for his presidential candidate, though he cannot share the same podium with Mutua not until he apologizes to the people of Machakos county if they may unite.
Muthama is asking the governor to show the people machinery like tractors, that were bought by the Machakos county government to help the farmers in ploughing the farms.
In addition to that, Mutua is supporting his vice who is competing with Muthama in the Machakos gubernatorial race come August 9 elections.
