Professor George Wajackoyah is gaining support daily as a result of his stance on marijuana. Through his campaigns, Wajackoyah is promising that, if he wins the August presidential election, he will ensure that bhang is legalized and that all Kenyans are permitted to grow marijuana on their farms.

Wajackoyah further asserted that if he wins the election in August, he will make sure to deport all Chinese nationals living in Kenya because they are performing tasks that Kenyans are expected to carry out, which is why the country's youth are suffering from a lack of employment opportunities.

In addition, Wajackoyah claimed that the honourable Raila Amolo Odinga, the leader of the Orange Democratic Movement party, had sent him to Kisumu for the campaign. "Raila Odinga told me to take my campaigns to Kisumu before Azimio mega rally that will be here in Kisumu, and that's why am saying if one of us me or Raila wins the August election, it will be a big win to Western peoples," Wajackoyah said.

Wajackoyah stated that he has strong ties to Raila because they both come from the Western region, which has a large voter base, and are therefore regarded as siblings. Speaking in Dholuo, he revealed that he served as Jaramogi Oginga Odinga's chief food taster and that he would be open to working with the son.
