He has posted the following message in his official twitter account after President William Samoei Ruto promoted Hussein Mohamed, "New Executive Order makes Hussein Mohamed his own boss as Deputy Head of Presidential Communications Service and State House Spokesman. So far, President William Samoei Arap Ruto has never been to his Harambee House, which means Hussein Mohammed will entirely be fully in charge"
President William Samoei Ruto today has also expanded presidential communication service by creation of new departments. This departments will be headed by the following leaders, Munyori Mbuku will be Public Communication Secretary, David Nzioka in Digital and Innovation secretary, Wanjohi Githae will be public communication director and Eric Ngeno will be Messaging Secretary and Speech writing.
