Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has thrown shade at President William Ruto's Hustler Foundation, saying the money they receive is not enough to help Kenyans in business.
According to the MP, the Sh500 given as a loan can buy just one pack of condoms. To help Kenyans, Hon.Babu Owino said the money should be given for free.
"The Hustlers fund should be a grant and not a loan, the idea of giving Sh500 which is the cost of condoms... what are you trying to tell us? What can we do with Sh500, anything? said Mr. Owino.
"What else can 500 shillings do other than buy condoms and mayai boilo? "The Hustler Foundation is a scam designed to steal and steal money from Kenyans in the form of interest," he said.
