In a video shared by a local radio station, former Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale revealed that the head of state Uhuru Kenyatta is a good person since he gave former prime minister and ODM Chief hon Raila Odinga money to share with other communities that after the 2018 handshake.
Boni Khalwale alleged that President Uhuru Kenyatta promised Raila 200 billion to share with the camps that have been supporting the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.
However, the former senator expressed dissatisfaction with how Raila Odinga shared the money.
He said that Raila Odinga decided to hide the money and enjoy it by himself without sharing with other communities that have been supporting Raila Odinga's Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.
Former Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale said this revealing that president Uhuru Kenyatta has a very good heart since he remembered Raila Odinga and gave him money as part of handshake agreement.
