2022 general elections are done and the presidential election results has been announced by the Independent electrol and boundaries commission (IEBC) chairperson, Wafula Chebukati. However, according to the results, claims and concerns have been raised concerning vote rigging leading to rejection of the results by Azimio la umoja one Kenya presidential candidate, Raila Odinga.
Mutahi Ngunyi has broken silence following the rejection of the presidential results by Raila Odinga on Tuesday, August 16. According to Ngunyi, he had allegedly stated that justice must be uphold for the sake of Kenyans if the presidential results were altered and malpractice done by the iebc chairperson.
He has also revealed that if Kenya Kwanza flag bearer, William Ruto won in a free and fair way, then he will take over from Incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta. He has stated that if injustice was done by Chebukati, then legal actions should be taken against him for unfair ruling.
"Kenya Kwanza, BUT Haki Kwanza. If Ruto WON Fairly, Kenya will MOVE on. If there was THUGGERY at IEBC, we must CORRECT for the SAKE of Kenya.Then the BEST man will WIN. It is that SIMPLE. Uhuru Kenyatta BELIEVES in institutions." Mutahi Ngunyi stated.
