Ndaragwa Member of Parliament Jeremiah Kioni has conceded defeat in his bid to defend his seat on a Jubilee Party ticket.Kioni, who is also Jubilee’s Secretary-General, said in a series of Tweets sent Wednesday that he had accepted the election outcome.He also thanked the residents for the opportunity to represent them in the National Assembly.
