Joash Maangi is one of the most known Deputy Governors. That is because he is always vocal when it comes to matters to do with politics unlike other Deputy governors who keep quiet most of the time and leave the talking to governors.
Although Joash Maangi has been vocal when it comes to politics, today he was vocal but it wasn't about anything to do with politics. He was vocal because he was so sad as they buried MP Jimmy Angwenyi's brother Peter Angwenyi.
Through his official twitter account, Joash Maangi condoled the death of Peter Angwenyi. He stated that the deceased was the younger brother to Jimmy Angwenyi.
"Condoled with the family and friends of the late Peter Agwenyi at His home in sensi ward kitutu chache North Constituency. Peter was a young brother to Kitutu Chache North Member of Parliament, Hon. Jimmy Angwenyi, May the Almighty rest his soul in Eternal peace." Tweeted Joash Maangi.
That is so sad to Deputy Governor Joash Maangi, Jimmy Angwenyi and his family, Kisii residents and the people of Kenya as a whole. May he rest in peace.
