Despite being in the spotlight for corruption cases and numerous other scandals, Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru won the elections and received substantial rewards.
Residents of Kirinyaga County have no reason to smile, however, as Governor Anne Waiguru revealed that the Nyamidi River was drying up and that other rivers would follow if nothing was done.
