Police Disrupt Ronald Hanel's Funeral As Deputy President Is Scheduled To Attend

Police have disrupted Mahoo Ward MCA Ronald Hanel Sagurani's funeral service dismantling tents and chasing away mourners.Deputy president William Samoei Ruto was scheduled to attend the funeral.

Kenyans on twitter have condemned the act terming it as unnecessary and that they should atleast respect the dead this is after famous blogger allied to the deputy president Dennis Itumbi tweeted about the issue.

"Just because the Deputy President,William Samoei Ruto was headed to a burial in Taita .They bring down tents and kick out mourners." Itumbi wrote.The tweet has attracted numerous reactions from kenyans who think all this is because of the recent court ruling in BBI.

"This is now getting out of hand .The state is now turning William Samoei Ruto into a false hero by fighting him." Sam commented

Another tweep expreed that ," Sometimes it is wise for our politicians to just keep off and allow funerals to proceed in peace .."

Carol also had the following to say ," ..we have no respect even for the dead.They would have prohibited the politicians and left the deceased to mourn.Sad indeed losing a family member is painful.
