President Uhuru Kenyatta's home ground, Mount Kenya is one of the regions that are most targeted by top political leaders especially those seeking to succeed His Excellence Uhuru Mwigai Kenyatta come 2022 when he will be completing his second term in office as the president of the republic of Kenya.
The effort to harvest much votes from the mountains is witnessed through the former prime minister Raila Odinga and the second in command His Excellence William Samoei Ruto who are now busy organising their camps as they also popularize their political bid in the region by various visits and meet.
But as much as our leaders strive to win big from Uhuru Kenyatta's bedroom., details have emerged revealing new strategies that Mount Kenya allies are using before the 2022 general election arrives.
On Wednesday morning on K24, Hon. Simon Gikuru during an interview revealed that the people from the mountain don't need to have copies or handouts but what Kenyans should know about them is that they are investors. Gijuru added by saying that whatever they are doing is in order. What they are doing is to listen to every candidate before they make their own decision on who they will support next.
Actually looking at his sentiments, they carry a lot of meaning since the allies have not even shown any signs of rejecting any leader who visit their region. This means that they putting them on a weighing scale.
