The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission EACC has today cracked the whip of corruption on one Azimio La Umoja affiliated member of Parliament over graft cases. Samuel Arama, the Nakuru town west constituency member of Parliament has been found guilty by the Anti graft court over a land fraud case and has been sent to prison for a period not exceeding six months or pay a fine of ksh 1.5 million.
The case which has been pending in court for a long time now has been concluded and established that mp Arama colluded with some officials in the ministry of lands to grab a piece of public land.

This is coming at a time when the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance presidential hopeful Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua have promised Kenyans countless times to deal with the corruption and land grabbing menace that has affected Kenya for long.
