Nakuru takes the third position with a total of 1,154,856 voters. The Mount Kenya region county is slightly considered to be favorable to Ruto compared to Raila.

Kakamega county takes the fourth position with a total of 844,551 voters. The Western Kenya county has been always considered as an ODM stronghold region thus favoring Raila.
