Deputy President while addressing Citizens in Meru County
The Deputy President Dr. William Samoei Rutto popularly known as 'Hustler' took his development campaigns to Meru county. While addressing rallies in Muriri , Maua, Kangeta and Makutano in Meru town, Dr. Ruto brought good news to the hustlers in Meru.
He informed the citizens on his development plans and government initiatives including Big Four Agenda whom the people at the grassroot should take an advantage.
He encouraged the youth to champion for the available opportunities by working hard in starting businesses that enable them earn a living.
Deputy President while addressing the rallies stronger condemned leaders whose agenda is to benefit themselves from the national cake.
“For how long would our leading politicians meet to strategise on how to create posts such as Prime Minister when the ordinary boda boda rider and vegetable seller is thinking about securing his daily bread,” Said the deputy President.
He also lauded in his agenda of helping the hustlers including the 'bodaboda' riders and vegetable sellers by promoting their businesses.
“We reject law reform based on sharing national positions based on tribal arithmetics. We put on notice the rich that we are forming a government of the poor. Let the rich sort themselves out because they have capability,” Deputy President said.
