Speaking to the public deputy president William Ruto expressed his gratitude towards the communities that are embracing peace as they abandon retrogressive activities such as cattle rustling and engaging in business and agriculture adding that it was the best way to go.
He added that the socio-economic transformation that was going on in northern Kenya was encouraging as the infrastructure programme in the region was changing lives.
Deputy president William Ruto added that the centre of the transformation was a peaceful coexistence.
Speaking about the upgrading of infrastructure and equipping of learning institutions,the second in command said that even in marginal areas the government had inclusively transform on agenda,guaranteeing a fair chance for everyone to succeed in life.
The deputy president is expected to sale his political agenda in a view to ask residents to support his bid for a top job in the coming general election.
