President William Samoei Ruto has today, Wednesday, December 7, 2022, launched more than 5,000 housing units in Mavoko Constituency, Machakos County.
Machakos Governor Hon Madam Wavinya Ndeti joined His Excellency President William Ruto and other leaders at the Launch of Affordable housing in Mavoko Machakos County.
In his own words, President William Samoei Ruto said that the launch of more than 5,000 housing units in Mavoko Constituency confirms the Government’s strategic focus on expanding access to quality, spacious, clean, safe, and secure dwelling places at affordable cost in our country.
Adding that this transformative Plan goes beyond the provision of affordable housing units to presenting opportunities for gainful employment and wealth creation to millions of Kenyans struggling to put food on the table.
President William Samoei Ruto will later proceed to Machakos County Governor's office accompanied by HE Wavinya Ndeti for a small briefing over matters of security in the county.
In the afternoon, the Head of State will be in Nairobi town, Railways Terminus to officially open the Railway Station.
